Aizer Building Solutions was started primarily as a construction company to which we have added other specialties as the opportunity has arisen. Although based in SEQ, Aizer is structured to allow us to operate anywhere in Australian and the Asia Pacific region.
Aizer started as an Insurance rectification company working for companies such as AAMI, Alliance and GAB Robins, From this base we then expanded into Government work and then into the renovation / extension and custom home sector.
To ensure that we can provide the focus and attention to detail that is required by each trade and region we have separated the company in to specific divisions, each division has a single leader and their staff are specifically trained & qualified in their field.

While setting up Aizer we have looked for areas in which we can focus to help produce a product that goes above and beyond client and providers expectations. From this we have worked extensively on our Office Administration, Site Supervision, Customer Service and Accounting systems. We have found that by doing this we are able to increase client satisfaction, maintain a strong cash flow and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers & sub-contractors. All of these lead to a positive outcome for all involved.
Training is a big part of Aizer’s focus we currently employ 4 apprentices and 1 school based apprentice, additionally we encourage all our staff to undertake relevant training courses where possible. By continually improving our skills and knowledge we can stay up to date with all new designs and products available to improve the quality of our work.
As part of our long-term plan we are looking to align ourselves with companies and tradespeople that have and continually maintain a strong reputation based on professionalism and quality of work. We feel by doing this we can continually improve our product and systems.
Aizer’s greatest strength lies with our staff, both office and field staff have wide and varied backgrounds which gels well to form a professional and extremely experienced team covering all areas of the building industry.
